Dealer thought I might have a transmission problem with my 2017 Cadillac ATS. "JJ" at AAMCO on Miramar Rd took time to dig into manufacturer's info and history of this car as well as road resting it. Spent a lot of time researching everything before assuring me there is nothing wrong at this time and mileage (66K). No charge! Hard to find this kind of service these days.

The shop in Oceanside, Ca was able to diagnose my problem, which was my transmission. They serviced it as fast as they could and had my Dodge Challenger back on the road. Totally professional. They even drove me to the car rental place to rent a car. Later they picked me up after I returned the rental. Most shops won't do that.
